US Perimeter Run 2023

Our 2023 US Perimeter Run takes us from the center of Texas to the furthest points of the continental United States.  We begin D01 in the middle of the night, departing Waco TX and riding along the western Texas border for our longest day of 1,314 miles over 18:55.  On D02 we traverse the deserts of the southern US border to California, riding though San Diego, then Los Angeles to Sacramento.  From central California we ride to the furthest point west and then furthest point north, while winding along the Pacific Coast Highway and through North American Red Wood forests to Canada’s border on D03.  D04 takes us east through the Rocky Mountains and down onto the Great Plains.  On D05 we continue across the remote plains to our midpoint in Ripon WI.  Hosted by UCD, will conduct +5k Oil Changes and detailed safety inspections at a special location, hosted by “UCD”.

On D06 we circle around the Great Lakes and up to Plattsburg NY.  We reach the furthest point east in Lubec ME and then ride south, along the Eastern Seaboard to Philadelphia PA for D07.  On D08 we continue down the Atlantic coast to Jupiter FL.  On D09 we reach the southern border checkpoint in Key West, accomplishing our W/N/E/S at.  Then we ride north across the Everglades and around the Gulf Coast to Milton FL.

Early into D10 we accomplish our +10k Miles / 10 goal at the first checkpoint.  We complete our journey riding through the Mississippi Delta’s swamp lands and tall pines to Central Texas.

This ride is estimated to be +10,690 Miles in 141 hours of riding, averaging approx. 69.8 mph.
